Absolutely. You will be billed by either CCBill or Epoch, 2 of the most trusted names in online billing, and all transactions are secure.

3. Is joining your website discreet?

Yes. Your credit card statement will state the billing company name and not the website name. eg: CCBill.com or Epoch.com

4. How do I cancel my membership?

Cancelling your membership is quick and easy.
Check your confirmation e-mail or credit card statement for the billing company you joined through:

5. How can I find my transaction number?

It appears in the confirmation e-mail you received when joining.
If you have problems cancelling let us know and we'll assist you.

6. I did not receive a confirmation email when I joined.

If you use a 'free' email address such as Yahoo or Hotmail check your spam folder.
Free email services often filter out important emails.

7. I am unable to join with my card?

CCBill accept VISA and Mastercard.
Epoch accept VISA, Mastercard and a range of UK and European debit cards.
If you prefer to pay via alternative means contact us for details.

8. Will my email address or personal details be disclosed to any third party?

No. We will not sell or disclose your personal information to anyone.

9. Are your sites safe to browse and download from?

Yes. We have various high levels of security in place to prevent anything malicious gaining access to our site or your computer.

10. My username and password do not work.

Check that your subscription is still active.
The Username and Password are case sensitive so ensure you type capital and lower case letters correctly.
Make sure you have cookies enabled.

11. My username and password have been blocked.

You may have been blocked due to excessive incorrect login attempts or a compromised password.
Use our self-help Form HERE to instantly retrieve a new password.
This is the fastest way to get back into the member's area as sending an E-mail to us may take up to 24 hours.
If you still have a problem contact us explaining the issue you are having.

12. The bonus sites are asking me to login. What password do I use?

You use the same login details for each site in the network when prompted.

Due to the quality of the videos some of the files are large and playing them online requires a very fast connection.
We recommend you download large video files to your harddrive and play them on your PC.
If you prefer to watch online choose the "Play Flash" option.

15. Videos sometimes stop during download.

The most likely cause of this is a full cache on your PC.
On IE go to "Tools" > "Internet Options" > "Delete Browsing History" > "Delete Temporary Internet Files"
You may then need to reboot your PC before starting the download again.

16. Do the videos play on a Mac?

Yes. There are 2 options for playing the videos on a Mac.
You will require either Windows Media Player 9 for Mac or Flip4Mac installed.
Both are available to download free from the MicroSoft website Here

17. How do I get the iPod movies onto my iPod?

Download and save the selected video (ensure it's the 'Download Ipod' option)
Once downloaded open the folder and locate the video.
Connect your iPod or iPhone to your computer. Open iTunes.
In the 'Libary' pane (left hand side) select 'Movies'
Drag and drop the downloaded iPod movie file into the Movies pane on iTunes.
"Sync" your iPod

18. Can I keep downloaded videos after my membership expires?

Yes. Once downloaded the videos are yours to play whenever you like without having to login.

19. Do you have any download limits?

No. Members are free to download as much, or as little, as they like.

20. I have a question not listed on this page.

No problem.
